Here's
what’s at stake in 2022, and why we ask for your support:

* We need to defend and expand the Senate majority – to reduce the power
of obstructionist, far-right Republicans, pass the progressive
legislation that strong majorities of Americans support, and keep
confirming fair-minded judicial nominees so we can undo the damage
done to our judicial branch by the former President.

* We’re also facing a likely Supreme Court fight – President Biden is
likely to nominate the first Black woman ever to the Court, and we can
reasonably predict the Far Right will launch an all-out, dishonest
smear campaign to block the nomination.

* We also need to fight voter suppression and help elect voting rights
champions to state and local offices, such as Stacey Abrams to the
governorship of Georgia.  The Far Right won't be giving up their
odious voter suppression tactics anytime soon – so People For will
keep fighting hard to ensure the sacred right to vote is fully
protected for ALL Americans.

Here’s the thing, though – we can’t do any of this work without your
financial support. People For is a nonprofit advocacy organization that’s
funded in large part by grassroots donations from people just like you.
