In October, Carolyn introduced the Climate PREP Act, a bill that would help the federal government work directly with local and state governments to prepare for climate change.

Here’s the truth: climate change is coming. It’s up to us to stop climate change before it gets worse and then prepare our communities for the inevitable effects of our present climate crisis.
