Here are ballot drop box locations. Be sure to turn in your ballot by 8 PM on Tuesday, December 7. Let's keep Kshama Sawant representing Central Seattle. She opened the door to the public during the height of the rebellions last year because it's the public's city hall -- and not corporations, not police. People can see right through the lies and slander this election: more donors from Seattle have contributed by headcount to fight the recall. However, a big, slimy PAC and wealthy landlords have maximized contributions behind the recall. In short, whenever you see mailings and glossy signs, always ask who has that money, what it's for, and who is served by its ends? Landlords and developers don't fill the donor rolls because they're deeply concerned about "decorum" and "civility." It's about the money. So vote "NO!" to the Recall.
Great. The chapter General Membership Meeting was moved to Tuesday, December 14 at 7 PM to ensure all eyes and attention are on the recall effort. Be sure to register here or in the link below. We have several voting items and a package agenda going into next year.
