John,

President Biden's egregious overreach is chilling.

He has blatantly attacked our constitutional freedoms and personal liberty. But he can still be stopped.

We JUST filed a MAJOR lawsuit – directly in federal appeals court (which is incredibly unique) – to defeat President Biden's vaccine mandate. The Biden Administration is forcing businesses with 100 or more employees to make personal medical decisions for their employees by requiring them to get a vaccine.

Mark my words, this FAR exceeds the constitutional power of the President and the federal government.

We're representing one of the largest conservative organizations in the nation – The Heritage Foundation – in one of our largest legal efforts yet, and it could quickly head to the Supreme Court. The Heritage Foundation put this fight in perspective: "[W]e view this mandate as a deadly serious threat to our individual liberty and the values that make America great."

At the ACLJ, we were built for this fight. For decades we've been defeating unconstitutional overreach and egregious executive power grabs – from the abortion-pill mandate to the IRS targeting of conservatives.

Will YOU stand with us to defend the Constitution in court?

Now we face a major challenge. This is our most critical time of the year, with so much on the line. As we're battling the Biden Administration's unlimited (taxpayer-funded) resources, all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary, have your Tax-Deductible gift DOUBLED through our Year End Matching Challenge.
