Help keep Israel safe
Friend of Israel,
The numbers are hard to fathom. Over the past year:
4,300 rockets were fired at Israel from Gaza. Most of the attacks occurred over just 10 days this May. Hamas co-founder Mahmoud al-Zahar said the goal was “to attack the Israeli targets at very important points, including most of the overcrowded area in the civilian society.”
22 rockets were fired at Israel from Lebanon. A Lebanese citizen filmed Hezbollah terrorists launching the rockets from his neighborhood, right next to people's homes, using him and others as human shields.
Iran began enriching uranium to 60%, its latest nuclear escalation and the highest-ever purity reached by the regime. Iran also attacked four Israeli-linked vessels in international waters, including an attempted hijacking and missile strike.
3,200 acres of forests and agricultural fields in southern Israel were destroyed by fires caused by incendiary balloons launched from terrorists in the Gaza Strip.

Help keep Israel safe
As Israel’s enemies ramped up their aggression this past year, pro-Israel Americans like you worked to ensure Israel had the resources and support needed to keep its citizens safe.
This year, your support helped us work with Congress to secure more than $500 million for lifesaving missile defense programs like Iron Dome as well as $25 million to help Israel counter the threat from attack drones. This is in addition to $3.3 billion in annual security assistance to Israel.
And at the one-year anniversary of the Abraham accords—that your work with AIPAC helped make possible—we saw a new era of peace and normalization emerging between Israel and the UAE, Bahrain, Sudan and Morocco.
These historic agreements have already opened new areas cooperation, including generating $570 million in new commercial business to date as well as nearly 230,000 Israelis traveling to the UAE.
They also show that engaging with Israel, rather than boycotting and isolating Israel, creates remarkable opportunities for peace and a brighter future.
But despite these great strides, Israel's enemies remain determined, and our work to keep Israel safe is far from over.
That is why I hope you will choose to show your support by joining AIPAC today.
