Hi John,
We wanted to remind you about tonight's
See Yourself Running: Election Administrators.
Make sure to save your spot before we begin at 8:00 p.m. ET. Learn all about these critical offices and hear from our alums who are responsible for making sure voters can actually vote.
In 2021, at least 18 states have passed laws to make voting harder, and legislation to protect everyone's freedom to vote is stuck in the Senate (#AbolishTheFilibuster).
But there's still plenty we can do: There are over 3,000 election administration roles on the ballot next year, and we want YOU (yes really you John) to consider running for one of them.
To help prepare you, we'll be joined by 5 of our alums who hold these offices -- Brianna Lennon, Gabriella Caz?res-Kelly, George Stern, Meredith Place, and Katharine Clark -- so you can hear directly from them about what it takes to run for and serve in these roles.
Ready to make a big impact in one of the most local ways possible?
Make sure you reserve your seat for tonight -- and see yourself running for county clerk, county recorder, and other election administration roles.
See you tonight,
Ross Morales Rocketto
