Hi folks,

Allow me to introduce myself -- my name is Luke and I’m joining this grassroots team as Jasmine’s new campaign manager!

I’m thrilled to be joining Team Jasmine. As a dedicated organizer myself, I strongly admire the on-the-ground work Team Jasmine is doing to mobilize voters in NC-14.

Jasmine’s message of spreading love, hope, and empathy through a new kind of politics is what ultimately drew me to her race. Jasmine is exactly the type of candidate NC-14 needs after Cawthorn, and as her new campaign manager, I can’t wait to jump in and help bring Jasmine’s vision for WNC’s future to fruition.

I’ve already hit the ground running by reviewing the state of our race, and it’s clear that NC-14 will be one of the closest battleground districts in the country. In 2020, just three Democrats flipped red House seats blue -- two of those three races were here in North Carolina.

The Democratic House majority runs directly through North Carolina, and NC-14 is our best bet at sending a compassionate leader like Jasmine to Washington.
