Small Group Breakout Sessions: Member Engagement in the Coming Decade. Suggestions included... More efforts should be make to promote MCRGO Coffee Table on Facebook. The weekly MCRGO E'News should become more impactful. MCRGO should hire a videographer to produce professional short videos for social media. The videographer should be Gen Z focused on growing that younger peer audience. MCRGO should consider the development of a weekly podcast. MCRGO should explore the concept of brand ambassadors. MCRGO should increase offerings for younger Millennials and Generation Z and younger representation within the organization. A modern rifle course was mentioned as an example. MCRGO should prioritize regional events. MCRGO should step up its virtual game given the decline in physical event participation. There is no desire to eliminate any of the current in-person events. MCRGO should consider an “Ask an Instructor” feature.
