Dear John,
I was excited to announce our $80,000
2X Match Challenge a few days ago, and I'm hoping you will join us and
make it a success.

You've shown your interest in our
work, and I'm hoping I can count on you to demonstrate your commitment
with your first gift today.
But I don't believe I've heard from
you yet. And we're getting close to our December 8 deadline.
A generous supporter who wishes to
remain anonymous has pledged $80,000 in matching funds to the
Alzheimer's Association if we can raise that same amount by the
deadline. Their gift is dedicated to their local chapter and will
support local ALZ CARES initiatives, including expanding community
partnerships by recruiting and training volunteers to deliver
community education and resources.

But your support today - which
can go 2X as far toward providing nationwide care and support and
advancing research - is the key.
When you give now, any amount up
to $80,000, just see how far your impact can go:
$16 can become $32.

$30 can become $60.

$50 can become $100.

Double my impact now.

Best of all, your gift can go twice as
far to advance our mission to lead the way to end Alzheimer's and all
other dementia - by accelerating global research, driving risk
reduction and early detection, and maximizing quality care and
support.
The only way to achieve a goal like raising $80,000 - and our
even more important goal of finding a cure for Alzheimer's - is
with the support of the people we can really count on. That's why I'm
hoping you'll show your commitment by making your first gift while
your impact can be doubled now.

This time of year is often called the
"season of giving." It's definitely a time when many of us
think about the causes that are most important to us and what we're
able to give.
But what I hope you'll realize is that
your support for the Alzheimer's Association doesn't just make a
difference on one day. You achieve a powerful lasting impact by
helping to fund our more than 750 research projects in 39 countries
and by helping answer the call, on the phone and online, for those
seeking answers and resources related to Alzheimer's and all other
dementia. And maybe most importantly, you help provide critical
support not only to those living with Alzheimer's, but to their
families and caregivers as well.
This is the last time I will reach out
to you about this chance to make double the impact during our $80,000
2X Match Challenge. Can I count on you to give today?
