‌John -- In 2021, state legislatures across the country introduced at least 425 bills that would restrict voting rights.

And dozens of these bills became law. It’s all part of a deliberate pattern: gerrymander maps, suppress the vote, ignore taking action on real problems, dodge accountability, repeat.

It’s a huge problem facing our democracy right now. It’s why many people feel discouraged and don’t think their vote can make a difference.

This is why I’ll be joining A.G. Holder, Secretary Clinton, and Ben Affleck next week -- to talk about how, collectively, we can come together and overcome this pattern of silencing voters’ voices. Will you join us?
