Before Congress, I spent my career helping grow small businesses. I built and managed companies that created over 10,000 jobs. So I know firsthand how hard is it is to start a business — and how important small businesses are to their local communities and economies.


COVID-19 dealt a serious blow to small businesses across Orange County. That's why, last year, I doubled down on securing common-sense, timely investments in our local businesses. Our relief was a necessary lifeline, but almost two years later, there are still countless businesses fighting to recover.
