Folks, just days ago, the Supreme Court heard arguments in a case that could directly overturn Roe v. Wade and dismantle women’s health care rights.

This is the same Supreme Court that is now stacked with conservative judges that Donald Trump nominated.

It can seem unthinkable, but it’s real and it’s imminent. Roe v. Wade is more at risk of being overturned right now than it has been since it was decided nearly 50 years ago.

This is bad for women and everyone who believes in equitable access to health care and a woman’s constitutional right to choose.

We need to act quickly at the federal level. We need to make sure that the reproductive rights of every woman, no matter what state she lives in, are protected.

I’m proud to be an original co-sponsor of the Women’s Health Protection Act, which would protect women’s reproductive rights no matter what the Court does next. Will you add your name to call on the U.S. Senate to pass this bill? Time is of the essence here.
