I hate to bother you on a Sunday, but this is important. I already have multiple Republican opponents vying to replace me in Congress, and some of them — like my far-right opponent from 2020 — have deep pockets. I know the elections feel far off, but now is the time to build a strong foundation to fight off Republican attacks.

I hate having to ask for your hard-earned money, but even $5 would go a long way in ensuring we have the resources we need to be successful, like campaign staff, advertising, and voter outreach. Can you spare $5, $15, or even more right away?

I’m so proud of what my Democratic colleagues and I have accomplished lately, like the infrastructure bill and the Build Back Better Act. But if we lose the House in 2022, we also lose all the progress we’ve made on issues like prescription drug pricing, early childhood education, and clean energy. Please, could you contribute any amount to keep me in Congress fighting for these crucial issues?
