John,
Last week, Senator Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) indicated that the Build Back Better Act vote in the Senate could slip into 2022. This would be devastating to the families of 61 million children who are currently relying on the expanded, monthly Child Tax Credit payments of between $250 - $300 per child.
We’re applying pressure to Senators Sinema and Manchin to pass the Build Back Better Act this month by getting advocates on the radio in their home states. We used this strategy successfully in the U.S. House by getting our message on the radio in the states of a handful of House Democratic holdouts, each of which ultimately voted to pass the bill.
Donate today to keep the pressure on Senators Sinema and Manchin—and get advocates on the radio in their home states, reminding the American people of the urgency of passing the Build Back Better Act this year and keeping the monthly, expanded Child Tax Credit payments flowing to tens of millions of U.S. families.

John,
The House passed the Build Back Better Act. But now, the Senate must act. And they must act this month.
This week, Senator Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) was reported as suggesting that the bill might not be voted on until next year.
If the Senate fails to vote upon Build Back Better in December, nearly 40 million U.S. households will lose essential cash aid delivered through the highly successful expanded Child Tax Credit, starting in January. That means money used to support 61 million children will disappear from families' budgets in just a matter of weeks.
We’ve had success applying pressure to members of Congress by getting advocates on the radio in their home states and districts. We need to get advocates on the radio in Arizona to get Senator Kyrsten Sinema to understand why this legislation is so critical to her own constituents—and why it must pass this month.
Can you help get our message on the radio in Arizona? Donate $5 today so people in Senator Sinema's home state hear from fellow Arizonans about the urgency of passing the Build Back Better Act this month.

Right now, the expanded Child Tax Credit is providing monthly cash payments to 39 million households of between $250 - $300 per child. It’s critical that Senator Sinema’s constituents know that this critically important assistance to U.S. families—which is cutting childhood poverty nearly in half—will be cut off next month if Democrats don’t pass the Build Back Better Act this year.
Together, let’s hold Senator Sinema accountable to her constituents and to the American people. Chip in $5 so we can get local advocates on the radio in Arizona. Let’s ensure Senator Sinema hears from her own constituents that they must pass President Biden’s Build Back Better agenda this year.

Thank you for all you do to demand Senator Sinema stop standing in the way of President Biden’s historic agenda!
