Dale Ho, nominee for U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of New York, is extraordinarily qualified with extensive experience as both a lawyer and a legal academic. Mr. Ho has a remarkable legal background litigating in multiple appellate and district courts around the country and a long track record with some of the nation’s oldest civil rights organizations, advocating for those who have been disenfranchised and discounted by voter suppression.
Dale Ho has dedicated his career to making sure that our democracy remains strong and to protecting our freedom to vote, and he has a proven record of protecting the rights of everyone, no matter their politics, race, or background.

Unable to critique Dale Ho on his legal record, Republicans tried to challenge his temperament to be a judge. They accused him of being an “angry” man, an accusation all too familiar to those who dedicate their lives to opposing injustice.
Mr. Ho calmly dismissed their accusations and reaffirmed his commitment to upholding the law equally for everyone – as any potential or current judge should do.
