The liberals over at CNN are apoplectic and in a state of panic. One-by-one, Democrat incumbent congressmen have announced they are retiring and not seeking re-election.
This has put several more congressional districts 'in-play' where Republicans have a stronger opportunity to flip once Democrat-held congressional districts into the GOP column.
