With just 3 months left until the TX-28 primary, she needs your urgent support now to win.
Jessica was just endorsed by the United Steelworkers (USW) District 13!
Jessica is so proud to be endorsed by a union that fights for essential workers. And she’s fired up to represent their best interests as a Congresswoman.
USW is a large labor union comprised of 1.2 million members from a wide range of labor-intensive industries such as the mining industry, the oil and petroleum industry, the pharmaceutical industry, and so much more. This robust union has been a powerful voice in the fight to ensure that America’s essential workers are properly protected.
Despite the obstacles that America’s workers have faced in the workplace, Henry Cuellar would rather fight to protect big corporations from being held accountable for their exploitation rather than protecting workers’ best interests. That’s why Jessica is proud to receive the USW’s official endorsement and fired up to unseat anti-union and anti-worker Democrat Henry Cuellar.
Henry Cuellar’s rap sheet on turning his back on South Texas workers runs deep. He was the only Democrat to vote “NO” on the Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act twice — a bill that seeks to expand workers’ rights and secure critical labor protections for workers all across this country.
He’s made it very clear that he’d rather put the needs of big corporations over the safety and dignity of Texas workers. We can’t trust him to represent our best interests when he’s eager to please his corporate donors.
Cuellar already has a massive head start — he already has over $2 million in the bank for his campaign. But unlike him, we made a promise as a campaign to never take a dime from corporate PACs or special interest groups — and we’re sticking to that promise every step of the way towards victory.
So we’re relying on grassroots donors to help us elect Jessica to Congress so she can make sure South Texas unions have a seat at the table in Congress.
