Thank you for believing in our movement. Although we fell a little short of hitting our end-of-month goal, it’s because of grassroots donors like you that we were able to get so close in the first place.
What’s more, it’s because of supporters like you that Ro has been able to get so much done this past year.
The passing of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill will provide much needed funding for our communities, transportation systems, broadband infrastructure, and more.
And after months of negotiations, the Build Back Better Bill has finally passed the House and moved to the Senate. The version of BBB that Ro helped pass would expand the Child Tax Credit, fund universal pre-K, and provide the largest investment in affordable housing ever.
Beyond these milestone achievements, Ro has worked tirelessly each and every day to advocate for climate justice, a $15/hr minimum wage, and Medicare for All.
He’s been able to do all this thanks to the support of working people across the country. For every email you donate to, it saves Ro precious time that he can spend focusing on legislation instead of worrying about fundraising. Not to mention the fact that he has never and will never take any corporate PAC money – a value he and our campaign stand by, but one that does make hitting fundraising goals harder.
That being said, last month we didn’t hit the fundraising goal our finance team set for us. If you can chip in a bit to help us remedy that gap, Ro would appreciate it. Every dollar counts in the fight to bring equity and justice to all.
The year isn’t over but our movement has already made tremendous progress, and we are confident that your support will help us turn these legislative goals into reality.
