Dear Patriot,

Vaccine mandates are starting to crumble!

Just a few weeks ago, a large coalition of states *obtained a national injunction against the OSHA vaccine mandate.* This mandate would have forced ALL EMPLOYERS with over 100 employees to mandate the vaccine within their company or face weekly COVID testing.

*We stood strongly against this overreach and worked with my colleagues to stop this!*

Now, other judges are following up on the OSHA vaccine case and providing us with additional victories.

In the last few days, we also had these wins:

* A Louisiana-based federal judge, *effectively blocked a COVID vaccine mandate for health workers* *across the country* at hospitals that receive federal funding. This applies to West Virginia and the entire country!
* A Kentucky-based federal judge, *paused the administration's vaccine mandate for federal contractors* in Kentucky, Ohio and Tennessee. West Virginia expects to hear more about its case in the upcoming days.

For the sake of our economy and our sanity, we must block these unlawful mandates. *Can you imagine how many essential workers would be displaced if these mandates went unchecked?*

In a time of record high prices and labor shortages, should the government really demand to companies that they fire large percentages of their staff?

*No.*

And frankly, the government shouldn't get involved in an individual's decision to get the Covid-vaccine.

Now taking this position isn't the most popular thing to do. Quite frankly, it *puts me on the radar screen of powerful and wealthy radicals* who will come after me.
