On Wednesday, the Supreme Court heard oral arguments on a Mississippi case that threatens the very existence of Roe v. Wade.
This Mississippi law was designed to allow the new conservative supermajority on the Court to overturn Roe. And after listening to the oral arguments, it’s clear that Roe is in grave danger.

We shouldn’t have to keep signing these petitions, calling on Republicans to act, and donating to abortion funds in 2021. But we do.
Because anti-choice extremists will stop at nothing to destroy a woman’s right to have control over her own body.
This is an uphill battle but it is not a fight we’re going to give up on.
Carolyn has made health care access — including reproductive health care access — a priority since she took office. And she will continue to do so in 2022 and beyond.
