John,

Over a year after Donald Trump refused to concede to President Biden, Trump just released a statement that accused New Mexico of suppressing conservative voters.

This is a dangerous lie, John. Donald Trump is attacking New Mexico because he thinks he can sow division here and rally his MAGA base to replace Gov. Lujan Grisham in the next election. We're not going to let that happen.

It's up to us to stop Trump from spreading lies in our state – and we need your help to raise $150,000 before our fundraising blackout starts Monday. Will you rush $5 right now to protect New Mexico from Trumpism?

Gov. Lujan Grisham is doing everything she can to protect our state from far-right extremists and lead us toward a brighter future: From taking bold action on climate change to slashing taxes for working families, her administration has already accomplished so much.

But, a few months ago, the Republican Governors Association started running attack ads against Gov. Lujan Grisham – and they've been pushing harder than ever to replace her. Now that Trump just attacked New Mexico, the GOP is about to gain even more momentum to flip our state red.

This is terrible timing, John: Starting at this weekend, we won't be able fundraise for three whole months because of a special legislative session. We won't be able to protect New Mexico from Trumpism if we don't hit our $150,000 goal, so we're counting on you more than ever:

Please, John, will you donate $5 – or whatever you can spare before our deadline – to help Gov. Lujan Grisham defend herself from GOP attacks? Every dollar will help us stop Trump from inspiring a new red wave in New Mexico.

Thanks for helping us defend our democratic process from the GOP.

We're thankful to have you on our side,

Team MLG
