I voted today
in the historic East End of Houston, a place where good, honest,
hardworking people get on the bus every day to feed their families and
do what's right. I voted for you, for the people in the East End, for
the Northside, the Third and Fifth wards, for the people who want to
address the stray animal population and animal cruelty, for the homeless
people in Houston, for the people who have lived through horrific
floods, for people that work hard and do the right thing, for people
that care. We are going to take this city back from career politicians.
