Friend --
November is going to be a big month for Team
Flowers for Sheriff and we are happy to have you on the team!
Tomorrow, (Saturday) November 2nd, we will have a booth at
the Rotary Chili Challenge at Riverside Park beginning at
3:00 PM. We hope to see you there! A flyer for the event is attached
at the bottom of this email. We hope to take home the prize for best
chili! Please wear your Flowers for Sheriff shirt if you plan to
attend.
Speaking of shirts- if you still do not have a Flowers for Sheriff
shirt yet, we have them on order! We are expecting a large shipment in
November. We will send out an email when they arrive with information
on how to obtain one. We know many of you are still waiting on a
shirt.
We want to thank
everyone who has contributed to the campaign, both by volunteering and
through donations. We have several private fundraising
events in November. If you are interested in hosting a Meet &
Greet fundraiser event at your home, community clubhouse, or other
venue, please be sure to let us know. If you already indicated this
when you signed up to volunteer, we will be calling soon to schedule
an event with you in the spring.
We regularly get asked about yard signs. We will begin distributing
yard signs in 2020. We are actively seeking larger properties within
the unincorporated portion of the county to place signs. You may have
seen some of these signs along 58th and 66th Avenue. If you have a
high visibility location and want one of these signs, please call,
text, or email me at [email protected].
As we all know, the holidays seem to fly by so fast each year.
Don't forget to join
us January 11th, 2020 to kick off the new year at the
Sexton's Treasure Hammock Ranch. Festivities begin at 4:00 PM that
day, with BBQ, Bluegrass, and plenty of family fun.?
Again, thanks for your help and support! I hope to see you
soon.
Eric
