McCarthy claims he cares about fighting the climate crisis, friend, but we know he’s lying.

A little background for you —

FIRST: He said Biden’s clean energy bills will pass “over my dead body.”

THEN: He kept his word. He gave an eight hour speech on the House floor (breaking the record) all to delay the Build Back Better vote. A vote we needed to finally deliver the necessary resources to really fight the climate crisis.

NOW: He’s planning a complete Republican takeover of the House so Republican mega-donors and dirty-money pals can have their way. McCarthy has already raised $19 MILLION for House Republicans.

We can’t let the GOP take back the House, because we know they will undo the work that has been done so far to take on the climate crisis. There’s a lot left we need to do and Republicans will certainly keep standing in our way.

But we want to hear what you think [NAME/about him]: do you trust Kevin McCarthy?
