Tomorrow is the 11th Upstate Pride march and festival, and I want to see you there!
The festival will take place at Barnet Park in Spartanburg (248 E St John St, Spartanburg, SC 29306). That's where the march will start as well.
The festival goes from 11am-5pm, and the march will be from 12pm-1pm. My team and I will be there the whole time - we'll have a booth set up at the festival and be participating in the march.
You all are free to come by the festival whenever - we'll have bumper stickers, t-shirts, and pins to give out!
As for the march, we will begin lining up on North Converse Street around 11:40am. We'll be wearing Kim Nelson t-shirts and be carrying a big banner - we should be easy to find. Anyone who joins us will get a free t-shirt as well! Bring any pride-related gear you may have too.
Lastly, feel free to bring/invite anyone! This is open to everyone and there's no formal RSVP required.
