When the governor of Wisconsin tried to delay an election very early on in the pandemic to give folks more time to cast their ballot safely, the state Supreme Court overruled his decision.
Now, that same court is refusing to address the partisan imbalance of the gerrymandered maps proposed by the state’s GOP-controlled legislature.
We’re fighting to pass the Freedom to Vote Act because this is one way we can immediately outlaw gerrymandered congressional maps.
