Christian Flag is Constitutional
Boston city officials claim the Establishment Clause prohibits them from flying a religious flag on a city-owned flagpole that the city expressly designated as a public forum open to all applicants. Shockingly, a federal appellate court agreed with this decision, even though Supreme Court precedent clearly states historic, religious symbols on public property are “presumptively constitutional.”
