Another year is almost gone. A year filled with seemingly endless challenges, struggles, and obstacles. And yet Race Forward continues to thrive, fueled in part by the hope and resilience of our community. That’s you. Our work is deeply impacted by your love and solidarity, your attendance to our events, your generosity of time and resources, your engagement with our tools and trainings, your likes and shares on social media, and your commitment to our shared vision for a just, multiracial democracy. 

But let me be clear, this work is hard. And Race Forward continues in the fight for racial justice thanks to the skills, passion, resilience, and brilliance of our dedicated staff. They are the spark that ignites the internal flame of justice that we’re spreading from coast to coast.
