Dear John,

My name is Glynis and I've been a campaign fellow with Spencer for Mayor since June.

In that time I've knocked on hundreds of doors and spoken to hundreds of voters about why I support Spencer Thibodeau.

I'm also a senior at Deering High School, and at 16 years old I can’t even vote in this election. I’ve made time for knocking on doors between classes and college applications because Spencer is the candidate I trust to protect my future – from fostering a city I can afford to return to after college, to working on climate change and sustainability.

Spencer is the fresh voice Portland needs.

I also joined the campaign as a learning experience, and the biggest thing I’ve learned is that campaigning is a community effort. In the past 5 months, I’ve seen us succeed because of the tireless dedication of our supporters.

But we haven’t won yet, and we need your help to get Spencer over the finish line.
