Yesterday, the Supreme Court heard arguments for a case that could lead to the overturn of Roe v. Wade. This is a blatant attack on Kansans' constitutional rights. 

The KDP teamed up with advocacy groups to host a Rally for Reproductive Rights in response. Kansans have the right to know if their lawmakers will defend their right to essential health care.

Kansas has another battle ahead of us. In a continued string of attacks on reproductive health care, Kansas Republicans have placed a constitutional amendment to effectively remove Kansans' right to abortion on the primary ballot in August 2022. These draconian measures will give the Republican legislative majority the power to restrict this essential health care service however they please.

We must ensure that all Kansans have access to safe, legal abortions -- two easy ways to do that are voting NO on the Value Them Both amendment question this August and continuing to support the KDP so we can raise awareness on this important issue. Contribute now to help the KDP protect Kansans' constitutional rights!
