Yesterday, the Supreme Court heard arguments on a case that will decide the future of abortion rights in our country. There's a very real chance the conservative majority on the Court will use this as an opportunity to overturn Roe v. Wade — and insert the government into what should be a choice between a woman and her doctor.

I believe that the government has no place in a person's intimate health care decisions.

That's why I'm cosponsoring the Women's Health Protection Act. We must guarantee the right to choose in federal statutes and ensure that every woman has access to safe reproductive health care.
