Yesterday, the Supreme Court heard arguments on a major abortion rights case whose outcome has the potential to overturn the precedent set by Roe v. Wade. If this precedent is dismissed, abortion access across the country will dramatically decrease — and it will be most dangerous for low-income women and women of color.

Every woman is entitled to make her own choices about her body. She doesn’t owe anybody an explanation, least of all politicians. That’s the law of the land, established by the Supreme Court in its 1973 Roe v. Wade decision.

But if Republicans take back control of the House in 2022, they will do everything they can to ban abortion at a federal level. It is absolutely critical that we protect and expand our Democratic majority in Congress so we can do whatever it takes to defend reproductive rights. If you are able, please consider making a contribution to my campaign today to keep a pro-choice champion in Congress and ensure the future of our Democratic majority.
