Abortion is a personal healthcare decisionHi Friend,



Having multiple people scream in your face and tell you that you don’t have the right to make decisions about your own body is traumatizing and exhausting. Yesterday, at the rally outside the Supreme Court during the Jackson Women’s Health oral arguments, we were outnumbered 3 to 1 by anti-abortion extremists. Even scarier than people yelling in my face is the reality that Roe could be overturned next year, and 26 states are poised to join Texas & implement abortion bans – including Georgia, Ohio, & Alabama. 



Friend, the greatest injustice in this situation is that Black and brown women, immigrants, and trans and non-binary young people of color will suffer the most. Abortion bans disproportionately deny us necessary access to affordable health care and the right to choose when and if to parent and to raise children in safe and healthy communities. That is why URGE has and will continue to build young people's power to secure Reproductive Justice, including Real Abortion Access.



The attacks on abortion access are relentless, and what happens as a result of this SCOTUS decision will impact generations to come. Your support of URGE today will move resources to train, organize, mobilize, lead, and educate communities in the fight for reproductive justice.  <[link removed]>
