Hello,

We accomplished a lot last month — we launched our campaign for Vermont’s Senate seat and, thanks to the support of folks like you, we were able to hit our very first end-of-month fundraising deadline.

That is no small thing — with national Republicans on their way to Vermont to try and buy this seat, each and every one of our goals is crucial.

And yesterday’s arguments at the Supreme Court showed one big reason why we must do everything we can to win.

Abortion rights are under attack in Mississippi, Texas, and across the country. It is clear we cannot count on the most conservative Supreme Court in history to do the right thing and uphold the constitutional right to abortion. It is on us to take action to protect reproductive rights. In the House, we passed the Women’s Health Protection Act to codify Roe into federal law. The Senate must do the same. The time to stand up for reproductive rights is now. And if Vermont elects me senator, I will keep up the fight to ensure abortion rights.

So many issues that touch people’s lives are at stake in this election. I’m thankful to have this team on my side. Together, we will keep this seat — and the Senate — blue. Thanks for being here.
