Who stands in our way of securing paid family leave, an expanded child tax
credit, climate action, housing, and more? Senators Manchin and Sinema,
whose status as Senate holdouts have secured them an outsized role in
determining the future of the Build Back Better Act.

They’ve already been rewarded for their efforts to pare down the bill.
Campaign contributions from Wall Street, Big Pharma, corporate PACs, and
conservative donors have been pouring into Manchin and Sinema’s
re-election campaign.

But with the future of popular progressive proposals in the balance, we
can’t afford to let Manchin and Sinema — and their corporate mega-donors —
get in the way.
