Yesterday, the Supreme Court heard arguments around the Mississippi 15-week abortion ban — and it looks like they might side with Mississippi.

This court has been looking for the opportunity to overturn Roe vs. Wade . Our fight for freedom over our personal choices is more urgent than ever before.

I’ve advocated for health care access for everyone since I ran for Congress, and I know the importance of protecting reproductive care. But the Supreme Court is willing to take it all away, and we can’t back down from this fight.

Upholding the Mississippi ban is just phase one in the plan to overturn Roe vs. Wade , and we know more cases are on the Supreme Court’s docket to do just that.

We cannot let the Supreme Court roll back the clock on our progress, and it’s more important than ever that we stand strong and demand the precedent set in Roe be protected by the courts.
