There are a few things I want to run by you:

First, thank you for all of your support last month. You helped us hit our ambitious fundraising goal again, and with your continued support, I know we will hit our most crucial deadline this month — our last FEC end-of-quarter deadline of the year!

Secondly, as you may have already heard, the Supreme Court began hearing oral arguments on Mississippi’s egregious anti-choice law that bans nearly all abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy.

Here’s what infuriates me the most: this law is a direct threat to Roe v. Wade and could ultimately encourage right-wing extremists to strip reproductive rights in not just Mississippi but across the entire country.

There’s no way I am going to sit back and let this happen. That’s why I need your signature on our petition telling the Supreme Court to strike down Mississippi's extreme law and uphold Roe v. Wade >>>

If that doesn’t boil your blood, maybe this will: the House recently passed the Women's Health Protection Act to codify Roe v. Wade into law, but my opponent, Rep. Jeff Van Drew, voted against it.

His inexcusable vote and silence on the matter is a betrayal we won’t forget next November.

The bottom line is we can’t rely on Jeff Van Drew to protect reproductive rights and speak out for women, so I am taking matters into my own hands with this petition telling the Supreme Court to defend reproductive rights, and I am hoping your name will be on it >>>
