Last week, I proudly endorsed fellow Springfield resident Nikki Budzinski for Illinois’ 13th District.

I endorsed her because she is a strong candidate who has spent her career in public service or in the labor movement.

She has been working for the same issues that I am dedicated to: paid sick time, raising the minimum wage, and making college more affordable for all families.

We work for you, John. That’s why I’m asking: Can I count on you to pitch in $5 or any amount to ensure we get more Democrats like Nikki Budzinski elected in 2022?

There’s more progress that Democrats like Nikki Budzinski and I want to make for working families in Illinois and across the country.
