Oral Arguments this Week

Dear Colleague,

We are happy to report that international law did not come up in the oral arguments before the Supreme Court in a case that may overturn the abortion regime in the United States. UN busybodies had submitted an amicus brief arguing that international law requires the Court to uphold Roe v. Wade. We were happy their arguments were ignored. However, we expect the leftwing of the court to cite international law in the final decisions. We are cautiously optimistic the Court will uphold the Mississippi law and overturn Roe and Casey. Stefano Gennarini, J.D. reports [[link removed]].

C-Fam held a webinar this week hosted by our own Stefano Gennarini. His guest was a Polish legal expert. They explored the situation of Poland in the European Union and the United Nations. Rebecca Oas, Ph.D. reports [[link removed]].

C-Fam Friday Fax fundraising is down $110,000 from where we were in 2019, the year before COVID. Please help us bridge that gap by clicking HERE [[link removed]].

Spread the word. Be daring. Keep the faith.

Yours sincerely,

Austin Ruse

President
