The ability to make your own health care decisions — including whether or not to have an abortion — is a cornerstone of reproductive health care. I will always fight to make sure Arizonans can make that decision for themselves.

Roe vs. Wade is the law of the land.

But just yesterday the Supreme Court heard arguments in a case called Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization that is the biggest threat to women’s reproductive health care in decades.

So let me be clear: Congress must pass legislation that codifies Roe vs. Wade as the law of the land and guarantees women the right to choose an abortion. While this case is being considered, all of us need to make our voices clear. So, I’m asking:

Can you please sign my petition telling my colleagues in the Senate that we must pass legislation protecting access to reproductive health care?
