President Obama slammed the filibuster:

Listen John — President Obama is right. With Roe v. Wade under threat, the likes of which we haven’t seen for 30 years, we cannot sacrifice reproductive rights to preserve a “Jim Crow” relic. We’re staring at a Supreme Court that could do away with Roe entirely — and we’ve got to protect ourselves.

Make no mistake, they’re going to use the filibuster to block any attempt to codify Roe v. Wade, protect reproductive rights, or strengthen our voting laws.

The filibuster is an outdated Senate tool giving veto power to just a fraction of senators who represent as little as 11% of the American population.
