As of mid-September, more than 31,000 [2] people have been denied entry to the United States due to Trump’s Muslim Ban, depriving the sick of needed medical care, tearing families apart, and forcing people to miss weddings, graduations and even the final days of their loved ones’ lives.
Thankfully, there is a solution. The NO BAN Act will end the Muslim Ban and ensure that no president can ban an entire religious, racial, or ethnic group without accountability. We have momentum. Over the past two months, Congress held the first — and thus far only — hearing on the Muslim Ban, and 50 new co-sponsors have joined on to the NO BAN Act. [[link removed]]
