Baltimore Sun Editorial Board: Baltimore must upgrade its transit

US Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg and city and state officials gathered in Baltimore last week to announce and celebrate a $22 million grant for Baltimore’s East-West Priority Corridor bus project. Derailed Metro car wheels were unsafe
