JUDICIAL WATCH INVESTIGATION: YES, VIRGINIA, CRITICAL RACE THEORY IS
IN YOUR SCHOOLS—AND IN SCHOOLS ACROSS AMERICA

As parental concern mounted over racial indoctrination in local
schools during the recent Virginia gubernatorial race, a mantra
emerged from the Democrat camp and the media: Critical Race Theory
had “never been taught” in Virginia schools.
That’s from then-Democratic candidate Terry McAuliffe, who in case
anyone missed the point, added that the concerns about CRT were
nothing but a “racist dog whistle.” The media agreed. Critical
Race Theory is “not part of classroom teaching in
Virginia,” reported the New York Times. Axios managing editor
Margaret Talev said on CNN’s “Inside Politics, “let’s just
say for the record in case anyone doesn’t know, they don’t teach
Critical Race Theory to kids in kids’ K-12 schools. That’s not a
thing anywhere in the country, including Virginia.” The claim was
repeated elsewhere on CNN. It was dogma over at MSNBC.

BUS CO. PAYS TO SETTLE U.S. GOVT. LAWSUIT OVER UNIFORM POLICY BANNING
ISLAMIC ROBE FOR MUSLIM DRIVER
Judicial Watch
The nation’s largest bus carrier will pay tens of thousands of
dollars to settle a discrimination lawsuit filed by the U.S.
government for refusing to bend its uniform policy to let a Muslim
driver wear a long, loose-fitting robe symbolic of Islamic piety. The
flowing garment, known as an abaya, looks like a frock or cloak and is
designed to cover a woman’s entire body in public. A few years ago,
women in Saudi Arabia, where Sharia law mandates the Islamic robes to
comply with decency laws, launched a protest against the abaya.

and protect unborn life.

DOJ & FBI TARGET BIDEN POLITICAL OPPONENTS
Judicial Watch
The politicization of our nation’s justice system is unfortunately
nothing new, but the recent indictment of Steve Bannon is “an
outrageous use of power” according to Judicial Watch President Tom
Fitton. As Fitton discusses in the Weekly Update, his indictment by
the Biden DOJ is part of a larger agenda to use the events of January
6 as “a vehicle to criminalize the speech of those that oppose the
Biden agenda, who question issues about the election and just
generally are Trump supporters.”
