Republicans are closer than ever to gutting Roe v. Wade and rolling back a woman’s right to an abortion.

I wanted to email you directly about this, John, because this is too important to not take action.

The Supreme Court heard arguments today in the most serious challenge to Roe v. Wade in the last 30 years. They discussed Republicans’ 15-week abortion ban in Mississippi — just weeks after hearing arguments on Texas’ 6-week abortion ban.

With Donald Trump’s conservative majority on the Supreme Court, Republicans have never been closer to succeeding in banning abortion and gutting Roe v. Wade.

Let me say that again: Republicans have never been so close to wiping out a woman’s right to choose.

Our Democratic Governor has vetoed abortion bans in Pennsylvania — and I know he’ll need to do it again. If we want to protect the right to choose, we have to keep that veto pen. Can you rush an urgent donation to support Josh Shapiro, and help defend the right to abortion?

Josh has fought for the right to choose time and time again as Attorney General — and he’ll never waver in protecting the right to abortion.

Every single time Donald Trump or Harrisburg Republicans tried to play doctor and roll back a woman’s right to choose, Josh took them on in court — and he’ll protect a woman’s right to abortion as Governor.

Electing Josh is the only way we can stop anti-choice lawmakers from passing an abortion ban in Pennsylvania.

This year alone, states across the country have enacted over 100 anti-choice laws — that makes 2021 the most restrictive year for abortion access since Roe v. Wade.

And if Roe is overturned, 21 states have laws in place that would ban all or nearly all abortions.

The only way to make sure Republicans don’t pass a ban here in Pennsylvania is to keep our Governor’s seat blue, but that won’t be easy. We need your support.

So I’m asking you to please pitch in anything you can to keep our Governor’s seat blue, and to protect a woman’s right to an abortion:
