Hi,
Today, our litigators were at the U.S. Supreme Court for oral
arguments, defending abortion rights yet again.
As I listened to the proceedings, one thing became clear: Every
argument Mississippi makes for overturning Roe v. Wade has been
considered and rejected by the Supreme Court before.
We shouldn't have to defend an established right again and again. And
while upholding Roe is crucial, it's not enough to ensure that
abortion is accessible in the United States.
Regardless of the outcome of this case, we need your help to keep
pushing Congress to enact the Women's Health Protection Act,
which would protect abortion access from state-level bans and
restrictions that have made abortion care harder and harder to access,
especially for people of color and people having difficulty making
ends meet.

This link will deactivate at MIDNIGHT TONIGHT so please don't wait!
Knowing you were standing with us today meant so much. Knowing we can
count on you moving forward is even more important as the attacks on
reproductive rights show no signs of slowing.
Thank you for your support.
