I want to thank everyone who contributed last month. With this team’s continued support, we’re heading into the final month before 2022 in a strong position as a grassroots organization.

I can’t stress enough the impact of your engagement. Because of grassroots activists like you, we finally have a government that’s delivering for American workers.

That’s what President Biden did last month when he signed the bipartisan infrastructure plan into law, which includes provisions that I fought for -- provisions that will:

• Upgrade and rebuild America's bridges. Over 46,000 U.S. bridges -- including 3,200 bridges in Ohio -- that are “structurally deficient” and need repairs
• Create the strongest-ever Buy America rules to ensure all federal infrastructure projects use American materials made by American workers, and support American jobs

The infrastructure bill will create good-paying jobs in Ohio and around the country repairing our roads, bridges, public transit, and waterways -- jobs that can't be shipped overseas. It will expand broadband, and invest in the clean energy infrastructure of the future.

It will mean more jobs in Ohio for years to come, and will invest in the communities that have been left on their own by Washington and preyed on by Wall Street for far too long. And we couldn’t have gotten here without the support of people like you.
