Hey team, we have some not-so-great news: We messed up.

We really thought we were going to hit our grassroots end-of-month goal last night, but we miscalculated and ended up short of our target. We’re all human, and we all make mistakes — but if we’re going to keep the Senate majority out of Mitch McConnell’s hands, we need to catch up on our goals.

At the end of this month, we’ll report our fundraising numbers to the Federal Election Commission, and then, our numbers be made public for everyone from McConnell to Wisconsin Republicans to see — with the Senate majority on the line, we can’t afford to look weak.
