supply-chain issues going into the holiday season, a group of 15
Republican governors announced "Operation Open Roads" to help alleviate
the crisis. The governors slammed President Biden's role in causing
the issues in a joint letter: "Rather than unleashing the economy,
President Biden dramatically increased regulations and rulemaking
authority that prevent private sector growth."
