The Supreme Court just finished hearing arguments concerning a Mississippi law that banned abortion at just 15 weeks.

Since gaining a conservative majority in the Supreme Court during the Trump presidency, the GOP has continuously passed state laws directly aimed at overturning Roe v. Wade, and they are getting closer to making it a reality.

Future Forum Democrats wholly support a person’s right to make their own medical decisions. It is why House Democrats passed the Women’s Health Protection Act this year, solidifying that right.
